Once receiving an initial inquiry from a client, we schedule a date and time to meet with you. We welcome all of our clients to our office:
26 Old Trenton Road
East Windsor, NJ 08512
At this time we may discuss township requirements, design possibilities, budgets, timing, and more.
As a licensed and insured firm we are able to prepare the proper drawings and details necessary to acquire permits for construction. We take pride in our work. It is our job to make sure your project is designed in accordance with the latest construction, environmental, and energy code requirements. Our drawings also serve as a necessary tool to obtain bids, and select your contractor.
Upon hire, we will then measure and document your area of work. It is important for us to inspect an area of work in person before developing any designs or drawings for a project to address and forgo any conflicts that may arise in construction. In some cases, a site survey of your property is required and is helpful if you have one.
We work hand-in-hand with our clientele to formulate viable design solutions. We can provide 2D and 3D drawings and imagery to convey these possibilities. We spend the time with our clients to develop a relationship, not only to create something specific to their needs and wants, but also to try work within a budget.
The process of designing and building your project requires intensive planning and coordination on multiple levels. We are able to assist you in many of these roles, from material orders and trade scheduling to site visits and inspection preparedness.
Other services include, but
are not limited to, bidding assistance, contract review, permit expediting, site meetings, and field inspections.
We offer a wide range of 3D rendering services to assist clients in the visualization of a concept or idea. We have the ability to literally put you within your design to create a perspective that can be experienced before any work on your project begins. Renderings allow the client to begin to see how their designs will exist in a real-life application and also aid in the process of material choices.
A variance is the process by which an applicant can request deviation from the set of rules a municipality applies to land use and land development. The manner in which variances are employed can differ greatly depending on the municipality. We are experienced and fully capable of completing any variance application and attending all necessary board meetings.
The role of an Architect doesn't have to end when the drawings are completed. Throughout the Construction process things like field changes, trade scheduling, and inspections may prolong the progress of your project. We are able to address many of these issues that may arise to help streamline the construction phase.
