This client's goal was to reconstruct a full 2-story home on an existing foundation. Due to zoning and lot coverage restrictions the existing footprint of the home was maintained, while offering a new and improved look to the home both inside and out. New construction and few limiting design factors allowed for an open floor plan layout.
